Hey there! My name is “A Flick By Nick” or Nick for short and I’m dedicated to being your next photographer! Born and raised right outside of Seattle, Washington, I know the best spots within the city and plan to make your dream photoshoot come true!
Currently I attend The University of Washington and I am currently completing my B.S. in Public Health and plan to earn my Doctor of Pharmacy and MBA within the next five years. It’s my mission in life to help the people around me the best way I can, while also maintaining my passion about learning more about the world and everything inside it!
In my free time when not studying or taking pictures I can be seen all over Seattle! Whether its marathon training around the city, pumping some weights at the UW IMA, practicing some dance moves or just enjoying a nice Taro Milk Tea at a local boba shop. I love talk and meet new people everyday, so if you see me around don’t be afraid to say hi!

Turning a Dream, Into Reality
Ever since I was a kid, I could be seen with a camera in my hand. As most photographers do, I started out just taking pictures on my family’s Nikon D60 DSLR camera and just took portraits of plants for fun because composition was always interesting to me. It was however during a low point during my college career where I had a spark. An Idea. My totally revolutionary idea that no one has ever thought of before? Start a business. (see very original right?)
In this day and age, it seems like everyone is trying to start their own business whether its crafts, drop-shipping or even making videos on the internet (guilty as charged). That is why when I started, I knew I had to choose something I loved to do or my heart just wouldn’t be in it for the right purpose. That’s when I dusted off that old Nikon D60, called up a few friends, and took my first pictures even before calling myself “A Flick By Nick”. Project “FLIC” or “Fearlessly Live In Confidence” was the root towards which I built the foundational cores of “A Flick By Nick”.
Project “FLIC” embodied the benefits that come with being confident in yourself and work by doing it your way with some humility. Embrace self-confidence, embrace working towards your goals, but also embrace not taking yourself too seriously and have fun along the way. Photography doesn’t need to be boring and I wish to fix that and engage with you on all levels! These moment’s are all about you, and that’s why I want to see you Fearlessly Live In Confidence.
